As we enter December, you may be putting up your Christmas decorations and packing away your fall décor. But what to do with all these gourds? I say cook them up and make it into a sabzi!
Some things to note:
Make sure your gourds are the edible kind before cooking.
Gourds are extremely hard, so I cooked them whole before cutting.
Gourds are very bitter so if you don’t like bitter vegetables (think karela) you probably won’t enjoy this! Alternatively try drying your gourds for decoration!
