If you're looking for new breakfast ideas, here’s a chia pudding inspired by the flavors and textures of Falooda.
Falooda is a traditional drink/dessert and is typically layered with soaked basil seeds, vermicelli noodles, rose syrup, sweetened milk and ice cream or kulfi. It's almost like a rose flavored shake or sundae and has a beautiful pink color! I was inspired by the flavors and textures of falooda to create this chia pudding, since chia seeds are so similar to basil seeds but a bit easier to find in the supermarkets.

The chia pudding can be enjoyed in an everyday situation like for breakfast instead of the occasional dessert. Great thing is, it still tastes delicious and feels like a treat!
A great source of both soluble and insoluble fiber, chia seeds support digestive health, promote regularity, and can help with weight management by keeping you fuller longer.
