BAKED VEGAN PAKORAS⁣

Pakoras are fritters from the Indian subcontinent. They are normally deep fried but I have baked them in this recipe.


Pakoras are typically combined with gram flour (chickpea flour) and can contain egg and yogurt, and so I’ve used avocado to combine the batter instead making it vegan friendly!⁣
