This is a wholesome and comforting meal, made up of potatoes (aloo), peas (muttar) and carrots (gajar). It’s a great meal to cook especially when you are unsure what to make - you normally have these veggies at home! This dish is meant to be ‘dry’ but if you want it to be more ‘stewy’ to serve over rice, you can add more water.
